1952 Marx No. 4026 Doll House with Breezeway In Original Box

Awesome, unused tin litho Doll House "complete with breezeway and furniture" in original box by Marx. Inventoried as complete. Never assembled (metal tabs have never been bent). In fact the set was still factory sealed until recently when it was "opened [not by me] to make sure everything was still inside". The original item number 4026 is stamped on the right exterior side of the box (photo not included).

Includes 13 tin litho plates, 7 Marx bags containing 50 pieces of furniture, 1 metal rod, original double sided instructions, compartmentalized cardboard insert, paper separators, and original box.

Of particular interest (see photos) includes 1) a triple room, double sided tinplate section with authentic Princeton University pennant hanging vertically from interior wall, 2) pink plastic doll crib and playpen with embossed images of Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck, 3) yellow plastic upright juke box embossed "MARX", and 4) original exterior 4th class Post Office mailing box label with owners name and address.

Box cover was printed in single color (red) with an accurate illustration of the actual toy. Original factory sealing masking tape still adheres the box cover (lower center edge).
